The Opportunity
Fully integrated walnut and cherry platform across three freehold farms, offered as a going concern under a founder with more than a decade operating it. 812 ha planted of 1,336 ha total: 637 ha walnut (Chandler-dominant) and 176 ha cherry (Santina, Lapins, Regina, Kordia). Own 8 t/h processing plant, packing, cold storage, circa 1.1 MWp of solar and ~1,016 l/s of owned water rights, with no leased land. Audited 2024-25 revenue of US$13.6M and EBITDA of US$4.0M at a 29% margin, against a six-season average EBITDA of US$3.1M. Seller projects EBITDA of US$9.8M by 2029-30 as the young cherry orchards reach full production, with 182 ha development-ready on Farm 3 and no committed CAPEX.
Location Highlights
Three farms in the Maule and Ñuble regions, Chile's main walnut and cherry belt, all with Route 5 Sur access: Villa Alegre (471 ha), Chillán (370 ha) and Hualañé (495 ha). Walnuts are harvested through April and cherries from early November to 20 December, the prime export window. Exports reach Turkey, China, Italy and the Middle East.
