Project AHC | Irrigated Farmland Platform

Sale of the company that owns a 4,750 ha irrigated agricultural estate in Chile's Biobío region, offered as a going concern with land, water, machinery and installations included. The southern sector runs to 3,127 ha of row crops, forestry and cattle, with 1,328 ha under 29 centre pivots, 16,004 m² of buildings and 47 machinery units; the northern 1,623 ha carry standalone wind potential of roughly 150 to 200 MW. Water rights total 4,230 l/s. Current production is 1,328 ha of row crops, 369 ha of forestry and 1,228 head of cattle, with three-season yields above the Chilean average on potatoes, sweet corn and durum wheat. Sandy soils have been studied for up to 1,000 ha of hazelnuts as a single contiguous tract into long-term Ferrero off-take, and for 400 to 500 ha of blueberries. Solar of 200 kW is installed with a further 600 kW under construction.

About 30 km east of Los Ángeles in the Biobío region, 510 km from Santiago, in Chile's central-southern farming belt. Class II to IV trumao and sandy soils under a Mediterranean climate with well-defined seasons. The property is served by 25 km of stabilised internal roads and a proprietary internet network.
